Lorne O'Reilly is senior counsel for Dow Chemical, and specifically for Dow Chemical Canada ULC, providing counsel for it and all of its affiliated entities’ operations located in Canada. Lorne was formerly associate general counsel at Superior Plus Corp. He is a past Innovatio winner in the category of Tomorrow's Leader. His primary focus was to provide Superior and its business divisions with legal, corporate secretarial and business support, overseeing all legal matters pertaining to Superior's day-to-day operations, including providing specific counsel on general corporate and securities law, business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, employment, dispute resolution, risk management, and adherence to applicable legislative and regulatory requirements associated with its public issuer status in Canada.
